UNICEF and the Red Cross
We call on UNICEF and the Red Cross to petition the Russian government for the opportunity to visit the children displaced in Russia, examine their living conditions, and ensure their repatriation to Ukraine.
ICC
We appeal to the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants for all identified criminals involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children.
Other country
If the action takes place in a country that is not a member of the ICC (for example, the United States), we call for the issuance of warrants for the arrest of V. Putin, M. Lvova-Belova, and all known accomplices in the deportation of children.
Governments of the states parties to the ICC
We call on the governments of the states parties to the International Criminal Court to respect the Rome Statute and to execute the warrant issued by the court – to arrest V. Putin and M. Lvova-Belova and transfer them to the ICC at the first opportunity.

Governments of democratic countries
We appeal to the governments of democratic countries with a request to intervene in the situation and demand from the accomplices in the crime, primarily from V. Putin and M. Lvova-Belova, the immediate return of all deported Ukrainian children, as well as to facilitate the transfer of these children to their homeland or to third countries.
UN Committee on the Rights of the Child
We call on UNICEF and the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child to pay attention to the repressive measures applied to children in the Russian Federation: administrative and criminal prosecution for dissent and activism, extrajudicial pressure, including in educational institutions; the militarization of education and upbringing in educational and preschool institutions; pro-war propaganda aimed at children; as well as the use of children as an instrument of pressure on parents who are objectionable to the authorities.
